Location

Immediately adjacent to our 144 acre property is our private beach front to the north, a golf course to the east and an award-winning winery to the west. Our seaside campus sits just outside the Village of Greenport, a historic, destination seaport village with shops and boutiques, restaurants and bars, art galleries, a movie theater, parks and town beaches, summer live music and Dances in the Park, winter ice skating and year-round rides on the village’s antique carousel. The area has more than 40 wineries, all within 25 mile radius. Manhattan is a two-hour bus or train ride from Greenport. A 1.5 hour ferry ride takes you to Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun and Foxwood casinos, with gaming, concerts and shows, and to the New London, Connecticut Amtrak station for a 2.5 hour train ride to Boston.

Students are invited to use the on-campus gym, swimming pool, beach and fitness classes. The Employee Teamwork Committee sponsors weekly and monthly events including on-site BBQs, ice cream sundae days, pizza lunches, crazy hat day, tropical shirt day, movie night, scavenger hunts, holiday celebrations, contests, community outings and so much more. In addition, Peconic Landing members have an extensive on-campus cultural arts and events program that employees may participate in, including an on-campus sculpture garden, concerts, art shows, live telecasts of the Metropolitan Opera and more.
