KOUZON WORK & TRAVEL AMERICA
My name is Martin, this last summer I was a work & travel student in the US.
I should probably start with answering the question: why Minnesota?
I wanted to get as far away from the east coast as I possibly could, since most of the work & travel students go over there.
The reason behind such decision?
I wanted to experience something new and different, get to meet American people and experience the US in their own way.
At the end of the summer I realized I achieved even more than that, I met people from all over the world, more precisely the international staff members came from 17 different counties, the US staff came from 12 different states!
It was a thrilling summer and I absolutely adore the nature of Minnesota, especially the deers that used to walk all over the place, the pine trees and the dark blue lakes, especially private Lake 5.
THANK YOU Kouzon for helping me visit one of my most favorite countries in the entire globe. Thanks to my US partner agency (CIEE) as well, they were always there for us. In addition, here’s some photos from my US summer.
